The activity is considered confirmed upon payment of the full fee.
In case of cancellation of the activity, even at the last moment, due to adverse water conditions (rivers in flood or dry), or other unsuitable conditions, T-rafting may propose an alternative route; in case of non-acceptance you are entitled to a full refund of the fee.
Rain is not a reason for cancellation unless it is a weather alert of particular danger and in any case at the sole discretion of the Company Technical Manager.
Any cancellation must be communicated by e-mail to info@t-rafting.com and the deposit of €20 per person will be retained.
If the cancellation is communicated in the 48 hours prior to the activity, the fee will not be refundable.
A delay of more than 15 minutes from the appointment time may result in the cancellation of the ticket without the possibility of a refund.

During the activities, photographic material and/or video footage may be produced for the sole purpose of promotion through various T-Rafting social channels.
Accordingly, it is implied, by participating in the activities, the authorization free of charge and without time limit for the publication and transmission and/or dissemination of audio-visual materials, personal or group photos and/or to whatever else T-Rafting deems appropriate to disclose in its sole discretion and where the undersigned (or minor child(ren) authorized by me) appear and are in any way recognizable.
